The Healthcare Foundation at Glendale Adventist Medical Center will host its annual fundraising gala on Sunday, April 17 at the Glendale Hilton Hotel. Funds raised will go toward the hospital’s new patient care tower, scheduled to be completed in 2007. The new, seven-story tower will include a larger emergency department, more spacious surgery suites, private patient rooms, a new cardiovascular center and an intensive care unit among other features. The foundation will also honor George and Kathryn Dawley with an award for philanthropy, and Steven D. Kamajian, D.O. will receive an award for his contributions to the community.
