Amgen polling shareholders of executive pay policies

Amgen Inc. wants to know what its shareholders think of how it pays its executives. The Thousand Oaks-based biotech company has asked shareholders to complete an online survey on executive compensation that asks about performance-based compensation, clear goals and incentives, and the promotion of long-term value creation, among other things.
