Agency to pay $1.5M for old car dealership

LANCASTER – The City Council, acting as the Lancaster Redevelopment Agency, has agreed to pay $1.5 million for a former auto dealership that could become an impediment to future access to the Amargosa Commons shopping center, one of the city’s major planned commercial developments.
