Qualstar Revenue Bolstered by Gaming Client

A subsidiary of Qualstar Corp. has received a $1.1 million order from an existing gaming industry customer. N2Power in Simi Valley designs and manufactures compact and high efficiency power supplies. The company did not name the customer putting in the order. Shipments of the order are expected over the next 12 months. “We are committed to growing our footprint in the gaming market by providing customer driven standard and custom power solutions,” said Qualstar Chief Executive Steven Bronson in a statement. Shares of Qualstar closed Friday down 20 cents, or almost 2 percent, to $10.96 on the Nasdaq.
