Contractor and home-repair software developer ServiceTitan Inc. has signed a collaboration agreement with Clopay Corp., a garage door manufacturer and supplier in Mason, Ohio. ServiceTitan, in Glendale, will integrate its management platform with Clopay’s MyDoor service that allows garage door sales and service technicians to easily configure and present quotes and track and process transactions. ServiceTitan Chief Executive Ara Mahdessian said the partnership provides an upgrade in managing the flow of sales and service work. “ServiceTitan and Clopay’s MyDoor are already the top options in their fields, and their combined strength delivers a smoother, more accurate and streamlined workflow to contractors, which in turn generates a better customer experience,” Mahdessian said in a statement. Pat Lohse, Clopay’s vice president of marketing, said that home and business owners expect contractors to be tech-savvy and have the latest digital products to meet their needs of customized products and faster response times. “That’s why we have invested in MyDoor to help our dealers streamline their operations and productivity,” Lohse said in a statement. “By integrating the ServiceTitan platform with Clopay’s MyDoor, we are able to take this process to the next level.”
