Ono Hawaiian BBQ is cutting the ribbon on its second Van Nuys location on Friday. The fast-casual restaurant will host a grand opening luau starting at 10:45 a.m., followed by a gift card raffle between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The event will also feature Hawaiian dance performers and will offer a buy one, get one free deal for all food items during business hours. The Van Nuys restaurant is Ono’s 84th location. The menu will feature the chain’s typical range of Hawaiian-inspired plates, including chicken katsu, spam musubi and more. The new location is at 6171 Sepulveda Blvd.
