Kevin Llamido is joining Thousand Oaks-based Anchor Loans as chief operating officer, leaving the same role at Woodland Hills-based Dunmor Capital.
Llamido will bring 20 years of business development experience and 16 years of experience in lending operations leadership.
Prior to his time with Dunmor, he was the senior vice president of process and technology at bridge lender Genesis Capital. In that position, he designed and led initiatives to scale and grow the company’s loan volume.
“Kevin is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of scaling businesses,” Andy Pollock, chief executive at Anchor, said in a statement. “His expertise in technology, operations and talent development will accelerate Anchor’s growth and add rigor and repeatability to our processes and platforms.”
Llamido’s addition comes as part of a recent hiring spree and growth initiative conducted by Anchor. The company recently hired four senior-level sales executives and expanded the role of Vice President of Construction and Development Matt Ediger.
The company finished last year with a record in originations, totaling $1.8 billion.
