Williams Ranch Celebrates Grand Opening in Castaic

The Williams Ranch community celebrated its grand opening in the Santa Clarita Valley on Thursday with an event attended by more than 3,000.

Created by Santa Clarita-based builder Williams Homes, the master-planned community, located at 28801 Hasley Canyon Road in Castaic, features 497 single-family homes across 430 acres. Attendees at the grand opening celebration had the opportunity to tour 15 decorated and landscaped model homes that comprise four residential collections where sales are underway.

“Interest in Williams Ranch has been building for more than a year, but to see the thousands of visitors who came from near and far for the first look at what we’ve developed here was extremely gratifying,” said Daniel Faina, chief marketing officer for Williams Homes, in a statement. “The grand opening attracted people from all over Southern California. We are especially proud of the positive response we received from local residents who came out en masse to support us and see all that Williams Ranch has to offer.”

Williams Ranch offers a selection of seven single-story and eight two-story floorplans set on spacious lots with panoramic views. Homes range from 1,736 to 4,522 approximate square feet with pricing beginning in the mid-$900,000s.

Community amenities include a recreation center that will feature a clubhouse, swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen. Williams Ranch is surrounded by open space and connected by an intricate trail system. There are also numerous parks, an entertainment amphitheater, large citrus orchards, working vineyards and a wine pavilion.

The William Ranch community was originally set to open late last year.
