SRAX Enters Partnership With Crypto Company

SRAX Inc. has entered a partnership with Rogue Station Cos. Inc./Everdime Inc., to manage communications for investors and shareholders interested in the company’s cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

SRAX Inc. has entered a partnership with Rogue Station Cos. Inc./Everdime Inc., to manage communications for investors and shareholders interested in the company’s cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

Rogue Station in Sheridan, Wyoming, is a blockchain development company that is “building the technology bridge that connects what is real and the new augmented reality within the metaverse,” according to a release from the companies.

Westlake Village-based SRAX offers a system to help small publicly traded companies track its investors and communicate with them.

Using the SRAX system, Rogue Station “will have the ability to further reach its community through sophisticated solutions to assist it in maintaining, communicating, and expanding its shareholder base,” according to the release.

Shares of SRAX (SRAX) closed Friday down 22 cents, or 5.8% to $3.56 on the Nasdaq, a market that closed 3.5% for the day.
