ServiceTitan, the software developer for the home improvement trades, has named two seasoned leaders to its executive team.
Olive Huang joins the Glendale company as general counsel and secretary of the board of directors, while Doug Myers joins as senior vice president of operations.
Ara Mahdessian, chief executive of ServiceTitan, said that as the operating system that powers the trades, it is the company’s responsibility to build a leadership team with the experience and expertise to solve its customers’ biggest challenges and improve the lives and businesses of electrical, HVAC and plumbing contractors.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Olive and Doug to ServiceTitan as they join us on this mission,” Mahdessian said in a statement.
Huang most recently was general counsel at Nutanix, a San Jose cloud-based storage provider. At that company she helped build a legal team from the ground up, supporting a fast-growth company through multiple business transitions, according to a release from ServiceTitan.
“It’s clear how ServiceTitan positively impacts trade businesses large and small all across the country,” Huang said in a statement. “The trades are the ultimate customer service industry, and it’s the human connection that makes the work ServiceTitan does so special.”
Myers come to the San Fernando Valley company from LinkedIn, where he led business operations. Prior to LinkedIn, he served as a consultant at global strategy consulting firm Bain & Co.
“Tradespeople work incredibly hard to provide essential services. I’m thrilled to be joining a company that is laser-focused on supporting them,” Myers said in a statement.
