Loop Debuts 4 Channels

Loop Media Inc. has launched four new channels for its out-of-home network of business venues.

The new channels from the Glendale-based short-form video distributor are Blossom, Wired2Fish TV, Breezy Golf and NEWSnet.

Loop Media Chief Executive Jon Niermann said that these new offerings, which launched last month, join Loop’s existing library of more than 200 music and non-music channels and continues to expand the company’s portfolio.

“As we continue to broaden our variety of channel offerings, Loop is able to serve an ever-widening audience across a range of venues and business types,” Niermann said in a statement.

The Blossom channel features do-it-yourself projects that lets viewers can learn about everything from innovative kitchen gadgets and shortcuts for keeping houseplants healthy to making Halloween decorations, according to a release from Loop.

Wired2Fish TV is all about the sport and hobby of fishing. Shot on location, Wired2Fish TV presents tips, advice boat reviews and features, reviews of lures, rod, tackle and other equipment, and interviews with fishermen who offer pro tips and secrets to catching the big ones, according to the Loop release.

Formerly known as Golfers Doing Things, the Breezy Golf team showcases trick shots, strokes and putts, miserable fails and dramatic moments from the history of the game, the Loop release said.

NEWSnet is a 24/7 news channel with a focus on headlines and delivers national and international news, weather and sports every half hour.

NEWSnet sticks to the headlines, eliminating the pundits, panels and “shout shows” that have become the norm in modern media, the Loop release said. When news breaks, NEWSnet provides the latest details in a concise and familiar format.

Blossom, Wired2Fish TV, Breezy Golf and NEWSnet are now available on the Loop Player in all of Loop’s out-of-home sites, which include restaurants, bars, casinos, cruise ships and other public venues.
