SystemWare Acquired by Defense Integrator CACI

Cyber security systems provider SystemWare has been acquired by defense integrator CACI International. Financial terms of the deal between CACI and Camarillo-based SystemWare were not disclosed. Both SystemWare and CACI serve the Department of Defense, as well as intelligence, and other federal agencies. CACI said SystemWare had revenues of $16M for calendar year 2009. SystemWare was advised by Santa Monica-based Mentor Capital during the transaction.
