Real Estate Firm Relocates to the San Fernando Valley

Independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm Integra Realty Resources, Inc. will relocate its Los Angeles office into a new 4,100-square-foot suite in the San Fernando Valley to accommodate its expansion plans. The relocation reflects the success the firm has experienced in providing meaningful analyses in the challenging economic climate, according to company executives. The new office is located at 16030 Ventura Boulevard, in Encino. The firm continues to service public agencies, the legal community, and institutional lenders but is now expanding in the areas of tax appeal and estate planning, and has recently become a certified provider of Continuing Education for California Attorneys. Integra Realty Resources has made recent strategic hires to accommodate increasing demand for its services. Beth Finestone recently became a principal in the firm; David Williams joined the firm as a senior analyst and Adam Dembowitz came on board as an analyst. Williams joins from CB Richard Ellis. He specializes in the valuation of investment-grade commercial properties, specifically Class A trophy office, industrial and retail developments. Dembowitz is a recent transfer from Philadelphia, where his real estate career included property development and the appraisal of a wide variety of major commercial holdings.
