Online marketing company ReachLocalwill expand its network of locally-based Internet Marketing Consultants into five new markets in North America, the United Kingdom and Australia. The Woodland Hills-based company will open new offices in Indianapolis, Raleigh and Vancouver, Canada, as well as in Manchester, England and Brisbane, Australia, bringing its global office count to 45. ReachLocal entered the Australian market in December 2006 and already has offices in Sydney and Melbourne. The expansion also comes on the heels of ReachLocal’s second anniversary of its London office. The company will offer its signature products in these new markets including ReachSearch, which delivers local advertisers’ marketing messages through ads across many search engines including Google, Yahoo and Bing (MSN); ReachDisplay, which allows local businesses to reach customers through display advertising in numerous major online publishers; and ReachLocal Xchange, which connects Internet media publishers and solutions providers with the local advertising market. “Small- and medium-size businesses in our new markets understand the value of connecting to their customers online, yet they are faced with an ever growing number of choices and ever changing technology that makes doing so increasingly complicated and difficult,” said Zorik Gordon, Chief Executive Officer of ReachLocal. “With ReachLocal’s comprehensive technology platform and growing network of IMCs, we can now deliver these markets an effective and efficient solution to help those businesses acquire, maintain and retain their customers.” Andrea Alegria
