EPI Construction, Inc. was awarded a $7.4 million contract to build a Performing Arts Center on the campus of Chaminade High School in West Hills. The new 24,000 square feet facility will have an auditorium that will seat 364 audience members and classrooms for drama, ballet, music, and band practice. Completion of the building, designed by J.P. Darling Architects, is scheduled for Sept. 12. EPI Construction, Inc. headquartered in Studio City, has been in the construction business for 35 years, and has a track record of building school facilities for public, private, and charter schools in California.
