EXECUTIVE SUMMARY ENVIRONMENTAL consulting is a growing field in this day and age of ‘green’ companies and technology.Most of these companies are private and were once again ranked by their number of fulltime employees in the greater San Fernand Valley.Most of these firms are smaller, with the biggest topping out at only 38.Most of the companies on the List reappear from last year and show a slight growth in staffing. Christopher A. Joseph comes in at No. 1 and others near the top of the List include Geocon West, Dudek., and LSA Associates. One loss to the area was the Ohio-based Pure Environmental Solutions which folded its Thousand Oaks office. Joseph and Associates (CAJA) which has its Valley location in Agoura Hills. It has been in business for 19 years servicing both the private and public sector. The company provides the management and preparation of environmental documents including (EIR) Impact Reports and (EIS) Statements. It also supplies assessments, Initial Studies and Mitigation Monitoring Reports for its clients.Working throughout Southern California, CAJA has been involved in hundreds of development projects across the area.
