Aerospace Firm Buys Moorpark Complex

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense has purchased the 265-acre campus in Moorpark it has been operating from for the past year. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Ensign-Bickford has operated from the complex on White Sage Road since early 2010, and in March 2010 acquired the defense and aerospace business of Special Devices Inc., which was also located on the property. Ensign-Bickford makes components for missiles, space launch vehicles and ground vehcles. Bill Kiefer and Tim Foutz of NAI Capital represented Ensign-Bickford in the deal.
