Mitzi Like is the president and CEO of LBW Insurance and Financial Services. Her role includes setting strategies for growth, running daily company operations, and producing the firm’s largest book of business. She has been a resident of the Santa Clarita Valley since 1980 and moved the business there in 2004. LBW is a family owned independent agency with six family members all working together in its one Valencia location.
Like is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), ProVisors, Vistage, the National Alliance for Insurance Education, and the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California. She also sits on the board of directors for the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Foundation and the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation. Her insurance career began in the claims department at St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company.
