Maier N. Rosenberg, CPA, CGMA, is the Managing Member of MNR Business Consulting, LLC. He has more than 40 years of experience providing business advisory, accounting, and auditing services to privately held and public companies in the emerging and middle markets. His primary focus is providing strategic financial planning, execution, and management for middle market companies. He is also available to serve on private and publicly traded companies’ Boards of Directors and Audit Committees.
Maier was previously an audit partner with CohnReznick, LLC and led the Firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Practice in their Southern California offices. Maier also led the Firm’s Financial Services Industry Practice in Southern California. Additionally, he worked with clients in a variety of other industries, including cannabis and professional service firms. In this capacity, Maier actively participated in financial due diligence and pre/post-merger integration and operational consulting. Additionally, he worked with a number of companies, advising them on performance, compliance, and accounting matters.
Maier was named one of the Valley’s Most Trusted Advisors by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. He has extensive business consulting experience, servicing clients with sales volume ranging from $15 million to $350 million and has guided many of his clients through debt financings, acquisitions, and divestitures and has provided assistance with operational process improvements. In addition to holding a CPA certification, Maier also earned the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation, a worldwide standard of professional excellence in management accounting, from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, he served as Chief Operating Officer of a middle market manufacturing company for five years. Prior to that position, he was the regional managing partner of a national public accounting firm and partner-in-charge of the local office’s Commercial Industry Practice.
