Jessica Bagdanov, partner at BG Law, is an attorney with significant and comprehensive insolvency and restructuring experience. She consistently represents chapter 7 trustees and receivers, as well as both debtors and creditors in chapter 11 matters. Bagdanov also has significant business litigation experience, and is routinely responsible for a wide range of motion practice in contested matters, adversary proceedings, and related appeals.
Bagdanov is a highly respected member of the insolvency community and has a well-earned reputation as a leading bankruptcy litigator. In one such case, she represented the producer of the full-length feature film “Hotel Mumbai” in the bankruptcy case of The Weinstein Company Holdings, LLC et al., and recovered marketing and licensing rights from the bankruptcy estate, allowing for domestic release of the film. Jessica has spent her entire professional career at BG Law.
