Anna Lisa Knafo has successfully litigated products liability and negligence cases on behalf of catastrophic injury victims and Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees in individual and complex, coordinated litigation against product and auto manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies. She has successfully assisted in obtaining eight-figure results for her clients through settlement, arbitration, and trial.
Among her recent highlights has been her work as part of the legal team that obtained an $8.245 million jury verdict for Jorge Guzman. The defendants in the case ran, owned, and operated the food truck commissary that housed the food truck that plaintiff Guzman worked on. Guzman had been injured on the job after being put in harm’s way due to being assigned a dangerous task and was in a coma for three months and suffered from brain damage, as well as several other serious injuries.
