Cherokee Brokers Hot Kiss License in Japan

Cherokee Inc. has brokered an agreement under which a Japanese trading company will license products from junior apparel, footwear and accessories maker Hot Kiss Inc. The agreement, with Sumikin Bussan Corp., marks the first licensing agreement for Hot Kiss in Japan. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal includes the Hot Kiss and First Kiss brands in categories including apparel, accessories, sunglasses, watches, handbags, small leather goods and footwear.
