Tobias Kennedy serves as the president of Montage and the CEO of Simpolicy Insurance Solutions. He is in his 14th year with Montage and received his underwriting training from Blue Shield of California.
Kennedy is widely considered an expert in healthcare reform and has been a speaker to several well regarded organizations including PIHRA, the HRD Network (California Credit Union Association), LA Financial Planners Association, LANSA, SMA’s Legal Update (a special interest chapter of SHRM), Montage’s ‘My HR Summit’ series, a national speaker for Convene as a healthcare reform experts, and has served on various boards of directors ranging from the Los Angeles Police Credit Union’s board to the executive team at a major motel chain. He is OSHA-10 and CalOSHA-10 certified serving clients in both employee benefits as well as property & casualty. He is currently the vice president of the board for the California Unemployment Insurance Council.
