The property is located near the corner of Alabama Avenue.Isaac Haimoff, vice president of Encino-based Spectrum Commercial Real Estate, Inc., represented the buyer, a private investor.Recent nearby industrial deals include May's sale of the 13,000-square-foot warehouse at 7129-7133 Vineland Ave. in North Hollywood, which sold for $3.4 million and was also brokered by Spectrum Commercial Real Estate; March’s 20,000-square-foot warehouse sale at 2917 N. Ontario St. in Burbank, which sold for $8.5 million; and an 8,000-square-foot industrial property at 3014 Floyd St. in Burbank, which traded for $2.8 million in April.
