California Resources Corp. has appointed Chris Gould as the company’s first chief sustainability officer. To fill Foster’s previous roles, Capstone promoted Don Ayers to vice president of technology and Tracy Chidbachian to director of customer service. … Marcus & Millichap Inc. has named Richard Matricaria chief operating officer for the western division. He joined the real estate brokerage in 2000, first as a broker, and later opened offices in Florida and Illinois. He relocated to the Calabasas headquarters in 2019. In tandem with his promotion, J.D. Parker has become chief operating officer of the eastern division in New York. … Sue-Jean Lin has joined the board of Arcutis Biotherapeutics Inc. in Westlake Village, replacing attorney Jonathan Silverstein, who stepped down for personal reasons.
