Does a building’s amenities help attract or retain tenants? That is the big question as landlords add extras to their office buildings in such areas as the Tri-Cities and the Conejo Valley. While a Keurig machine that perks a hot cup of coffee from pods of Starbucks’ Veranda Blend is nice, that perk is just the beginning in today’s market, as the workplace experience has become a high priority.
