Mobile Content Producer Chooses New Accounting Firm

The board of directors of CinemaElectric Inc. chose Hawkins Accounting as the firm’s new independent accountants, the company announced. Hawkins will audit the fiscal years ending Dec. 31, 2005 and 2006 conducted in accordance with standards set by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. CinemaElectric produces and distributes video and multimedia content via mobile devices and new media portals.
