The property is located at 18717 Soledad Canyon Road and was opened in 1962. It features 180 feet of frontage along heavily trafficked Soledad Canyon Road and serves as an excellent site for various commercial uses, according to Spectrum. The lot is comprised of two freestanding structures, one of which is Alta Dena Dairy and the other a coffee kiosk with drive-through capability. The property is also next to a slew of retail storefronts and sits across the street from Edwards Cinema. Spectrum’s Yair Haimoff and Randy Cude represented the unnamed seller of the property.
