A veteran healthcare administrator has been named as the new chief executive for Encino Hospital Medical Center and Sherman Oaks Hospital. Bills will now oversee the daily hospital operations and interact with community stakeholders for the Encino and Sherman Oaks facilities. “These hospitals play an important role in the well-being of the residents of the San Fernando Valley,” Bills said. “I look forward to continuing to build upon the success of these two hospitals with the assistance of the physicians, staff and members of the community.” Bills graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in zoology. He has a master’s degree from Northwestern University in business administration, specializing in health care administration, marketing and industrial relations. Jessica Selva
