Caspi started Paratus Insurance in Granada Hills 12 years ago. Her love for community work began when she attended UCLA and volunteered at the Suicide Prevention Center, where she worked for three years. Among other duties, she is on the board of the Granada Hills Community Foundation and president for the third year of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Devonshire PALS. Caspi is past president of the Granada Hills Rotary Club and the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce. During the pandemic, she volunteered at hospitals, food banks and homeless shelters, among others. Earlier this year she was named as one of the Inspirational Women of the San Fernando Valley by the United Chambers of Commerce.
