Chang serves on the boards of Procter & Gamble and Marqeta, and as an advisor to more than a dozen companies including Cisco and HubSpot. She previously worked at eBay, McKinsey & Co., Intel, AMD and Motorola.
McDonald joined lululemon in 2018 as chief executive. Previously, he served as chief executive at Sephora Americas, a division of the LVMH group of luxury brands, and as chief executive of Sears Canada. From 2016-2020, he served on the board of Cole Haan.
"Amy Chang and Calvin McDonald are highly respected leaders with a deep understanding of the nexus between technology and the consumer experience, and we are excited to have them join the Disney board," Robert Iger, chairman of the board, said in a statement.
Shares of Disney (DIS) closed Friday down 39 cents, or a fraction of a percent, to $178.65 on the New York Stock Exchange.
