Chatsworth Hills Academy Sells Campus for $9 Million

A school campus belonging to Chatsworth Hills Academy has sold for $9 million, according to NAI Capital, the brokerage that represented the seller.The property, a 15.8-acre private school campus, is at 21523 Rinaldi St. It includes 16 buildings totaling approximately 22,000 square feet, a cafeteria, kitchen, swimming pools, soccer fields, basketball courts, parking lots with gated access and a headmaster’s house.The seller is moving to Granada Hills, where it will become Granada Preparatory School in August, thus prompting the land sale. The new owner is Manifest Point LLC.NAI Capital Executive Managing Director Chris Jackson, Executive Vice President Todd Lorber and Senior Associate Grant Bullen with NAI Capital’s Investment Services Group negotiated the sale on behalf of Chatsworth Hills Academy.“The property received several offers from developers and investors,” Jackson said in a statement. “The seller picked the buyer based on their ability to close quickly.”
