BankCard USA Merchant Services in Agoura Hills will relocate to Westlake Village early next year, according to Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services in Westlake Village. BankCard, which processes electronic payments and transactions for merchants, has leased 13,000 square feet at Gate One, 2625 Townsgate Road, which is undergoing interior and exterior renovations. Scott Hardy, BankCard’s vice president, said in a statement the company is moving to have an open floorplan that will enable collaboration and efficiency among its 40 employees. “We desired a creative space, in a unique environment, as a modern approach to today’s work living,” Hardy said in a statement. “People playing games, spontaneously interacting and working collaboratively are everyday life at BankCard USA.” Brett Saunders, Tony Principe and Darin Arrasmith of Westcord arranged the deal on behalf of both BankCard and the property owner, which, according to CoStar Group Inc., is Pacifica Real Estate Group.
