Briefs: Nestle, PennyMac

Nestle USA issued a recall Friday for mismatched packaging on select ice creams that did not identify peanuts as an ingredient. The Glendale subsidiary of Nestle S.A. of Switzerland recalled 14-ounce cartons labeled as Haagen-Dazs Chocolate Chocolate Chip Ice Cream that were actually Haagen Dazs Chocolate Peanut Butter. About 10,000 packages were mislabeled. The cartons with mismatched packaging were produced on May 13 and distributed in District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust announced Friday a cash dividend of 59 cents a share. The Moorpark real estate investment trust, which buys and sells U.S. home mortgages, said the dividend will be payable on July 30 to common shareholders of record as of July 15. Shares closed down 16 cents, or a fraction of a percent, to $21.91 on the New York Stock Exchange.
