Update: The address of Key Information’s new corporate headquarters was incorrect in the original version of the story published on Aug. 16. Key Information Systems Inc. announced Friday it has purchased the assets of an Agoura Hills data-center company. The Woodland Hills IT systems firm has acquired ISWest, a business-to-business internet service provider that provides cloud services. Following the acquisition, Key Information will relocate its corporate headquarters to 30077 Agoura Court, in Agoura Hills, where ISWest is located. Key Information is a Premier IBM Business Partner that packages IT systems for its clients. “Our commitment to excellent client service will be stronger than ever as we work to create new offerings for the marketplace,” said Key Information President Lief Morin, in a prepared statement. Financial details on the acquisition were not disclosed.
