Clay Lacy Signs Strategic Alliance

Clay Lacy Aviation has announced an alliance with Priester Aviation to form the largest aircraft charter and management operation in the country. The combination of Clay Lacy, based at Van Nuys Airport, and Priester, headquartered near Chicago, results in 70 aircraft available for charter and 100 aircraft under management agreements. The two companies will operate under their own names and work together to provide additional services to their clients. “This alliance represents greater nationwide services and support, additional charter supply and demand, as well as reduced costs and downtime for current and future clients,” said Clay Lacy Aviation President Brian Kirkdoffer. Clay Lacy Aviation was founded in 1968 by aviation pioneer Clay Lacy. In addition to its Van Nuys facilities, the company has an operation at Boeing Field in Seattle. Priester Aviation specializes in aircraft management and private jet charter services with operations in nine cities.
