A 35-unit apartment building in upscale Studio City has sold for $12.6 million, according to the brokerage involved with the deal. Sherman Oaks-based LJ Properties Inc. sold The Verona—a 43,214-square-foot building at 11115 Aqua Vista St.—for a sale price of $292 per square foot. Vice President of Investment Clyde Isaacson and Associate Lonnie McDermott of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, a private investor, as well as the seller.
