EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This is the inaugural List of the Largest Leased Office Spaces in the greater San Fernando Valley. The information was compiled from the CoStar Real Estate Group and ranked by the total square footage being leased by each tenant. Certain companies lease more than one office space and appear multiple times throughout the List. Most of the leased office space is found in Burbank due to the cluster of entertainment companies such as Disney and Warner Bros. The largest single space, however, is found in Glendale where food company Nestle USA, Inc. leases 455,000 square feet. – By Josh Dausch THE PACESETTER Nestle USA, Inc. leases 455,702 square feet at 800 N. Brand Blvd. in Glendale, the largest leased office space in the greater San Fernando Valley area. Based in Switzerland, Nestle currently occupies 18 floors at this location, which is also known as the Nestle Building and serves as its American headquarters. It has been located there for 21 years since construction on the building was completed in 1990.
