Animal Behavior College Moves to Santa Clarita

The Animal Behavior College is moving its headquarters to Santa Clarita Valley from Northridge. The college’s 21,612-square-foot building located in Valencia’s Mann Bio Medical Park will accommodate 64 employees and enable future expansion. The school plans to hire at least 35 more support staff in the next 12 to 18 months. Animal Behavior College offers certificate programs in the categories of dog trainer, pet groomer and veterinary assistant. “Our new facility is two and half times the size of our previous location in Northridge,” said Steven Appelbaum, president of Animal Behavior College. “This gives us the ability to accommodate the growth ABC has consistently experienced each year.” Appelbaum added that the college is looking forward to creating jobs and opportunities in the Santa Clarita Valley, as well as continuing to help people fulfill their dreams of obtaining animal-related careers.
