A Homewood Suites Hotel opened March 12 in Agoura Hills. The three-story hotel at 28901 Canwood St., just north of the Ventura (101) Freeway, features 126 one- and two-bedroom suite-style units with kitchens and living areas. The hotel was originally slated to open last summer, but its opening was pushed back by construction delays, said Homewood spokeswoman Janella Loaiza. It is the first Homewood Suites in Los Angeles County for brand owner Hilton Hotel Corp. The project’s developer and manager is Dimension Development Co. Inc., based in Natchitoches, La., which also manages the Hampton Inn Santa Clarita, Fairfield Inn Santa Clarita-Stevenson Ranch and Residence Inn Santa Clarita-Stevenson Ranch. ,Chris Coates
