Salem Communications, a radio broadcaster, Internet content provider and magazine publisher catering to Christian and family audiences, announced it is buying American Ministry Resources LLC, the owner of “Preaching Magazine.” The magazine was founded in 1985 and marketed to people engaging in Christian ministry. Salem is buying AMR from Dr. Michael Duduit, who is also the magazine’s editor. He’ll join the staff of Salem and continue in his position as editor.
