GoodSuite has acquired Amerimac Office Products in a bid to expand its print services to a broader customer base throughout the Los Angeles area.
Terms of the deal between GoodSuite in Woodland Hills and Amerimac in Lancaster were not disclosed.
Dan Strull, chief executive of GoodSuite, said that the Amerimac acquisition aligns with his company’s strategic vision to grow its business in ways that broaden the range of services it offers while expanding its footprint in the geographical areas it serves.
“In addition to the increased client base the Amerimac acquisition brings, we’re excited to now offer a more extensive range of printing solutions for all of our clients,” Strull said in a statement.
Founded in 1978, Amerimac provides copy supplies and service, copy repair, service and rentals and leasing, laser printer repair and service and fax equipment service and repair.
Started in 1998, GoodSuite offers similar managed printing services in addition to managed IT services, audio and visual services and cybersecurity.
“As we celebrate our 25th anniversary this year, we’re excited to continue expanding GoodSuite’s business and client base through strategic acquisitions and continued organic growth,” Strull said in a statement.
