NAI Capital Commercial Executive Managing Director Michael Schiff represented seller 4419 Van Nuys Building LLC, which Costar identifies as Fresno-based Glikbarg Family Trust. Brian Forster of Pacific Partners Commercial closed the deal on behalf of the buyer, an undisclosed private investor.
