Triscenic’s portfolio of industrial and office square footage now exceeds 1.5 million square feet, what Triscenic Chief Operating Officer Bob Doyle called in a statement “an impressive footprint that keeps expanding.”

Santa Clarita Valley is a region heavy with entertainment activity. It hosts some 27 production ranches, including Disney’s Golden Oak Movie Ranch, Melody Movie Ranch and Blue Cloud Movie Ranch. The area has numerous post-production sites, including Santa Clarita Studios and Digital Jungle Post Production.
“These new additions to Triscenic's portfolio will provide great resources for additional productions at a time when the entertainment industry is ramping up to meet the ever-increasing demand for content across all platforms,” CBRE’s Dierckman said in a statement.
