An industrial building in Valencia has sold for $9 million, or $151 per square foot.

The 59,600-square-foot warehouse, built in 1995, is located at 28209 Avenue Stanford.

Comparable recent sales include the 75,000-square-foot 28525 Witherspoon Parkway in Santa Clarita, which sold in August for $10.9 million, or $146 a square foot; the 48,275-square-foot 9621-9631 Irondale Ave. in Santa Clarita, which sold in July for $11.5 million, or $238 per square foot; and a 40,000-square foot Santa Clarita warehouse in Valencia Commerce Center at 28575 W. Livingston Ave., which sold in July for $7.1 million, or $178 per square foot.

Van Nuys-based Delphi Business Properties’ David Hoffberg and Jerry Scullin represented both seller Ronan Engineering Co. and the buyer, which CoStar data identified as Avenue Stanford Holdings LLC of Glendale.
