Forty Apartments in Glendale Sell For $10.6 Million

An entity called 401-403 Glenoaks has acquired a 40-unit multifamily property in Glendale from Interstate Equities Corp. for nearly $10.6 million, according to Bisnow. Built in 1956, the 16,620-square-foot property, at 401 W. Glenoaks Blvd., is called the Glendale Pacifica and stands two stories high. Interstate Equities Corp. had purchased it in July 2016. Joshua Ross and Eli Appel, brokers at Calabasas-headquartered Marcus & Millichap Inc., represented both the seller and buyer.
