LTC Properties Inc. on Monday declared a cash dividend on its common stock for the third quarter. The Westlake Village real estate investment trust declared a dividend of 19 cents a share per month for July, August and September. Payouts will occur on the last day of each month. LTC’s dividend has remained at 19 cents for the last 34 months.
