Twin Towers May Bring 610 Residential Units to Warner Center

Real estate developer Sandstone Properties Inc. has submitted plans to construct two residential towers at 6400 N. Canoga Ave. in Woodland Hills, according to Urbanize.LA. In a filing with the L.A. Department of City Planning, Westwood-based Sandstone said it would create two apartment towers at the Warner Center site, which may scale as high as 27 stories with a total of 610 units. Each floor of the towers would cover 22,593 square feet. The project will also expand on an existing three-story, 1980s-built office building at the site. According to CoStar Group, the Sandstone project should break ground in July 2019.
