Nordstrom Inc. is set to open a new off-price retail store Thursday at the Promenade at Town Center shopping center in Santa Clarita. The 30,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack will sell discounted apparel and accessories. The Seattle-based retailer currently operates 236 reduced-price stores in the U.S. and Canada. Thursday’s 9 a.m. opening will feature music, coffee and snacks. Customers can also enter a raffle for a chance to win Nordstrom gift cards.
