PizzaRev Inc. is ramping up its social media presence this summer with a competition that will end in one lucky winner receiving free pizza for life.

The national franchisor of fast-casual pizza restaurants, headquartered in Westlake Village, on Tuesday launched a three-month digital marketing campaign centered on the question, “What does it mean to be revolutionary?” Followers of PizzaRev’s Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts who post answers tagged with the phrase “#BeRevolutionary” are automatically entered into a drawing to win one free pizza a week for life, as well as other rewards including food and branded merchandise.

Drawings for smaller items will be held weekly through late July, when the grand prize winner will be announced. The competition is PizzaRev’s most recent digital initiative following the release of its smartphone application in January.

In addition to growing its fan base online, PizzaRev is expanding its physical footprint both domestically and south of the border. The first of 20 new PizzaRev locations slated for four Mexican states opened in Guadalajara on April; in total, the company currently has 200-plus restaurants in development across Mexico, Washington, D.C. and 17 U.S. states.
